The Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC) is a nonprofit organization committed to the conservation of Florida’s coastal ecosystem through education, research and rehabilitation with a special focus on threatened and endangered sea turtles. The LMC operates a sea turtle rehabilitation program and features aquariums and other marine exhibits on an expansive campus located in Juno Beach, Florida.

The LMC seeks a Chief Operating Officer with a broad range of management skills who can provide vision and direction to a healthy, stable and expanding organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate best practices in business leadership, management skills, budgeting, strategic planning and the ability to oversee 20+/- staff members and approximately 250+/- volunteers. The candidate must be organized, possess strong writing and verbal skills and have at least five years prior experience as a leader in a dynamic environment with no less than 20 employees. A demonstrated passion of marinelife conservation is preferred.

Salary: Range of $70,000-$85,000, depending upon experience.
